Upon making a booking you will receive confirmation to the email address used for the booking. Please ensure to include an email address that you check regularly. Also ensure that our emails are not marked as spam to ensure that you receive any relevant updates.
There may be occasions when we are forced to reschedule or cancel events, this will only ever happen when absolutely necessary and unavoidable. This may occur due to emergencies, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to proceed as planned. Please rest assured that we will do everything in our power to ensure your event goes ahead as scheduled.
In the rare event that a cancellation is required, we will provide a range of alternative dates for you to attend. If none of these are suitable, we will issue a full refund.
If you are unable to attend an event, please notify us at least 7 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule. Please be aware this does depend on availability.
