Upon making a booking you will receive confirmation to the email address used for the booking. Please ensure to include an email address that you check regularly. Also ensure that our emails are not marked as spam to ensure that you receive any relevant updates.
If you are unable to make an event please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to reschedule your booking (depending on availability & we will need to know at least 7 days in advance).
There may be rare occasions where we feel it is necessary to reschedule a booking based on the weather. Given the nature of our events and many of them taking place outdoors while using a range of devices (some electrical), it can be difficult to deliver the event in certain environments. A bit of drizzle will not stop us on the day and depending on which event you are attending there may be locations on the route with cover for us to avoid rain. However, we may occasionally be forced to make this decision in advance based on a forecast and will always aim to let you know at least 8 hours in advance if an event is going to be rescheduled. If this occurs we will get you booked on to the next event that is convenient for you.
