At Extours, we are passionate about history—not just sharing it but preserving it for future generations. That’s why we’re proud to introduce the Heritage Conservation & Restoration Fund (HRF), a dedicated initiative to safeguard the stories and monuments that form the foundation of our communities.

Our first mission, the Graveyard Restoration Project, focuses on restoring neglected and time-worn graveyards, carefully uncovering hidden or broken memorials, and creating a digital archive to honor those who may otherwise be forgotten.

Every gravestone, memorial, and site tells a story—of individuals, families, and communities that shaped our shared heritage. Over time, these markers may fade, erode, or become forgotten. At Extours, we believe that every individual deserves to be remembered, even if no direct descendants remain to tell their story.

Through restoration and conservation, the HRF ensures these names and histories are not lost to time. By creating a digital record alongside physical restoration efforts, we make these stories accessible for generations to come, enriching our collective understanding of local history and strengthening the bonds between past and present.

The Graveyard Restoration Project is just the beginning. While we’re starting with local communities, we aim to expand our efforts to new areas, collaborating with heritage organizations, churches, and local groups to address the unique needs of each community. With every project, we hope to uncover hidden histories, protect fragile sites, and build a network of preserved heritage locations across the country.

• Volunteer in Local Restorations: Join us in clearing overgrown sites, cleaning headstones, and restoring damaged memorials. Volunteers are the backbone of our project, and every helping hand makes an impact.
